Our hourly pay can range from $30-$80 per hour depending on the location, the specialty, housing options, etc. We utilize free direct deposit services so that you can access your compensation more quickly. We conform to all Wage and Hourly Overtime laws and promise you the highest pay possible based on your experience.

Canopy provides a free comprehensive benefits program. As a Canopy traveler, your benefits include free dental and health insurance. If you would like to include your family in the program, we can include them for a small fee. Our 401(k) plan is available to travelers on their first day of employment.

Industry leading bonus programs

Canopy offers one of the leading bonus programs in the allied healthcare industry. We offer $500 to $2,000 sign-up and completion bonuses. We believe that cash in your pocket at the beginning of an assignment will only allow you to enjoy the assignment even more! These bonuses will be detailed in your travel contract and will vary based on location.

Canopy Referral Bonus

We are a growing company and believe that referrals are the best way to bring qualified travelers into our family. We offer $500 to $1,500 referral bonuses when your qualified referral completes his/her first assignment. Contact our recruiting department for more details.

We offer free private housing at some of the leading apartment complexes on the West Coast. Our apartments are always private (for you) and are hand selected by our team of professionals here. We have a variety of options, so let us know in what features and locations you are interested.

Professional Reimbursements

In addition to covering our healthcare professionals through our Canopy professional liability and workers' compensation insurance policy, Canopy will reimburse travelers for maintaining their own personal professional liability insurance. We will also reimburse you for licensure expenses in the state in which you are traveling to, as well as any relevant CEUs and clinical certifications. In addition to this reimbursement, our experienced staff will help you navigate California's licensing process so that you can get to work here faster and with less hassle.
